All items are handmade by me and may vary from the photographs. The photographs of the items on my website are for illustrative purposes only. Willow is a natural material and the colour within the varieties varies from year to year and even with the temperature of the water it is soaked in. Colour variation is highly likely and should be embraced. The dimensions and measurements indicated in the basket description may be slightly larger or smaller due to varying thicknesses of willow used.
The goods shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone call as soon as possible if the basket you have ordered is not available and give you an approximate weaving date.
Commissions
A commission is an item which has been prepared especially for you to your specific instructions. Payment in full must be received before your order is confirmed. A design fee may need to be added for items which vary significantly from that illustrated on the website.
Cancellation of Orders and Return of Goods
You have the right to cancel or return goods within fourteen calendar days, commencing from the date of order (Commissions) or receipt of goods (Stock items).
If you are in possession of the goods, you must retain and take care of them. You must return goods at your own cost (unless the item was delivered to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order
You do not have any right to cancel a purchase of commissioned goods or any Living Willow products.

Cancellation of Course Booking
If you are unable to attend a course please let us know as soon as possible.
If a cancellation is made 28 days or more before the course start date then a full refund will be given.
If a cancellation is made between 28 days and 14 days before the course start date and we are able to allocate your place to another student, then a full refund will be given. In the event that we are unable to allocate your place to another student, no refund will be given.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the course start date then no refund will be given.
